The site rents numbers from configured providers when a quote is available. Prices and stock may change before confirmation. USDT BEP20 is the customer's only funding method; valid deposits are credited after the required blockchain confirmations. Admins can adjust balances with a recorded reason.

A service name in the catalog does not guarantee stock. Prices are shown in VND and checked again on the server before purchase. If the price exceeds the amount you accepted or the provider is unavailable, no order is created and the wallet is not charged.
Send USDT BEP20 to the address assigned to your account. Credit uses the amount received and the wallet credit rate at processing, rounded down to whole VND; display currency conversion is indicative. Wrong-network, wrong-token and unconfirmed transfers are not automatically credited. Contact support with the tx hash if needed; never provide a seed or private key. The site does not provide automatic wallet-balance withdrawals.
After a successful purchase, the provider issues the number and supplies any OTP it receives. A code may be delayed or may never arrive. Use the service lawfully and follow the third-party service's rules; never put OTPs or passwords in support tickets.
A waiting order can be cancelled only when the provider allows it and the minimum wait has passed. The wallet is refunded after the provider confirms cancellation. An unclear purchase or cancellation is held for admin review; contact support with the order ID if needed.
